I salute Harper’s Bazaar Russia to a dazzling celebration of their 15th anniversary, which boasts a slew of custom covers from some of the world’s most acclaimed designers. All the covers amalgamate sketched illustration with digital graphic design, featuring elements of each designer’s signatures. Dolce and Gabbana’s starry patterns, Pucci’s geometric prints, and Versace’s gold obsession are all on display. Not to mention, a custom sketch from Uncle Karl of model Natasha Poly (which at first glance looked like Debbie Harry, to me atleast) for Chanel. Some designer’s also embellished their creations with the written word, Ralph Lauren proclaiming “Glamour is an attitude – the expression of a certain kind of confidence.” While I adore every cover for its individual splendor, I have included my absolute favorites below.
