As an artist who has become synonymous with controversial fashion illustrations of the modern fashion world, who could possibly be better suited to draw the reigning King of Chanel but the talented aleXsandro Polombo!
The illustrations below were a contribution to Interview Magazine back in November 2009 as part of Polombo’s book entitled Karl’s Journey. Palombo describes the book as, “a regular meeting point for everyone who shares my incurable sense of humor and a vein of poetic folly; an illustrated talk show that reveals reality and raises it to fantasy, dream and magic.” While the images below are only those that appeared in Interview Magazine, the book itself also includes a hilarious cameo by Anna Wintour on The Late Show with David Letterman!
