American Vintage-Inspired brand Wildfox Couture is constantly seeking inspiration from the gold era of rock n’ roll and this is especially true for their F/W 2011 collection entitled ” It’s Only Rock N’ Roll But I Like It”. For those don’t know the classic Stones song of the same name, it encompasses the rebellious and free spirited nature of rock music, which seems to be exactly what designers Emily Faulstich and Kimberley Gordon are going for in this heritage collection.
The designers, in collaboration with musician Jimmy Sommers as CEO and President of Wildfox established the brand in Los Angeles in 2007. Emily and Kim spend their time visiting vintage shops and working out of their Silverlake-area design studio where they “spread peace and love through design.”
